Delivery and Shipping Policy

We are shipping worldwide.

  1. All shoes will be manufactured and shipped to the customer within 15-25 business days period and all shipping costs are flat ( 8,89$ ) for all around the world.

  2. Customers can check the status of their order by logging in to their account. Customers will receive a notification email once their ordered shoes have been manufactured and dispatched.

  3. During sale periods and promotional campaigns, production and delivery may be extended up to 25 working days above the usual period.

Returning or canceling your order

  1. After the order has been placed, it will be processed as quickly and carefully as possible and unfortunately cannot be modified or cancelled anymore. If you chose the wrong model or size, you can return it as soon as you receive it, in the time period of 30 days. Customer service email: bill@000kicks.com

  2. If you feel an item purchased at 000Kicks was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for an exchange within 30 days of arrival.
